    Travel Grants for the 9th IBRO World Congress of Neuroscience

    The IBRO World Congress aims to promote neuroscience, increase communication and facilitate collaboration between investigators throughout the world. As its participants come from every neuroscience domain and region of the world, the IBRO Congress offers a richness of content and diverse viewpoints that are unparalleled among neuroscience meetings. 

    IBRO now welcomes Travel Grant applications to the 9th IBRO World Congress of Neuroscience, taking place July 7 to 11, 2015 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 

    At least one letter of reference is required in order to be considered for these grants. Two is ideal. Priority is given to those who have not obtained funding within the past three years. You may only apply to one of the three categories of travel grants. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.

    Grant amount: up to 1500 EUR.

    1)      PERC-FENS World Congress Travel Grants:

    Criteria

    • Must be under 35 years of age
    • Must be currently working in a European laboratory
    • Must be 1st author of an abstract submitted to the IBRO World Congress

    2)      LARC World Congress Travel Grants

    Criteria

    • Must be under 40 years of age
    • Must be currently working in a Latin American Laboratory
    • Must be 1st author of an abstract submitted to the IBRO World Congress

    3)      IBRO World Congress Travel Grants

    Criteria

    • Must be 1st author of an abstract submitted to the IBRO World Congress

    Open to all applicants from all regions.
