Aims and Scope of the School
The school is intended to provide a platform for senior PhD students and junior post-doctoral fellows interested in learning about nerve injury and regeneration to interact with renowned scientists and stimulates student discussions on lectures and laboratory experiences.
This intensive, 8-day workshop will provide systemic explanations of experiments that have led to our understanding in key areas of nerve injury and regeneration, and it will expose a variety of issues of current interest in these areas. Morning sessions will be devoted to lectures by distinguished international faculty on topics across the nerve injury and regeneration. During the remainder of the day, students will be given practical training in several kinds of models about nerve injury and regeneration both in vivo and in vitro.
