Aims and Scope of the School:
The Pharmacology Division at Department of Pharmacy at Banasthali University is an emerging center for neuroscience research in India. The department, in collaboration with IBRO desires to spread the knowledge and train young researchers from the Asia-Pacific region in the field of neuroscience. The school would include theoretical lectures and practical demonstrations in the thematic area. Internationally renowned neuroscientists across the world would participate and share their expertise and novel ideas in the field of neuroscience. The school would help young researchers to learn various techniques employed in neuroscience research in addition to understanding the molecular basis of neurological disorders.
Who should apply to this School?
- Postgraduates, Ph.D. (Pharmacy, Life sciences) students, and post-doctoral fellows.
- Age limit is 35 years.
- Applicants from the Asia-Pacific region are eligible to apply.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in laboratory work and prior publications.
What costs will be covered for selected applicants?
IBRO will enable 25-40 students to attend the School and will cover their round-trip ticket, housing, and meals.
