Aims and Scope of the School:
To learn about basic principles of neuroscience, neurodegenerative diseases/disorders. Their mechanisms, translation into clinical neurology, novel and emerging technologies, and frontiers in neuroscience.
The school will cover basic principles of neural networks, neural transmission, and plasticity, neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, etc., genome editing and engineering, personalized medicine, and stem cells applications in neuroscience and neurology. The school will also include a number of professional development workshops and practical training.
